Howard signed 2 years with Montichiari, hence he will leave Verona, and will play in his original role of middle blocker.
As for Anderson, the player was confirmed in Taranto for the following season, rejecting the rumors he may have gone back to Brasil. He still has a year of contract, and the club is intended in having that respected.
Taranto is also thinking of Luis Diaz to replace Granvorka and Bjelica and Latelli to replace Felizardo (who went to Cuneo) and Vicini (who went to Milano).
Roma signed Molteni for other two years.
Sintini is going back to Perugia (in exchange with Lebl to Macerata, as previously announced).
Vermiglio is now courted by Macerata (and maybe Trento, if Meoni decides to leave the team, which is something we will know in the near future).
Kravarik signed with Iraklis til 2010!!!
While Panathinaikos is looking for a new coach and the possible names are Berruto and Ricci.

Lukas Zygadlo is closer to Skra Belchatow together with Mozdzonek. Zagumny is rumored to be wanted by Novosibirsk, and in order to replace Olsztyn has contacted Mikko Esko (ex Padova) and Simon Tischer (Friedrichshafen). Hubner, as announced, signed with Treviso for 3 long years!! Renan Dal Zotto (ex Cimed, but also ex Parma and Ravenna) is the new Treviso coach, and together with Tommaso Totolo (ex Italy vice coach) they signed a 3 years contract. They must think 3 is a good number in Treviso

From the coach side, you probably already know that Giani left the played volley ( ) to start a coaching career. he is the new Modena coach.
Pupo Dall'Olio is leaving Piacenza (after having helped the team arrive at the final of the Italian league).. he may end up in Perugia. Mr. Lorenzetti (ex Verona) is arriving to fill his place.

Piscopo goes back to Trento after two years in Padova.
Taranto wanted to make a deal with Samica, but they had to leave their hopes, as the player is signing a very good (not a surprise nowadays) contract with a Russian team. (Fakel?)
They also had to give up their hopes on Oliver Kieffer, because the player just signed a 3 years contract with Poitiers.
Montichiari is setting their eyes on Mania' as their new libero (ex Piacenza as Sergio replacement). while now Roma is after Granvorka (I am not sure if as wing spiker or spiker.. Matej Kasiyski is staying at dinamo, as you probably already know!! He signed a new two years contract for a million of euro each year... pity!!

I was aware of the fact Dinamo confirmed also the libero, but sources still say Vermiglio is one of the possible setters for the team. Sources also say that there is a baragining time between the Russian federation and Dinamo as for the growing up of Grankin as a setter, so to unable him to get better for the National team's sake.

Time to make a few amendaments:

-Antiga, as written in the chart above, has eventually signed with Skra and NOT Ufa.

- Kazyiski has not signed any contract with dinamo moscow yet. BUT FINALLY WE KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON with him. The guy had a two years contract wih Moscow with an optioned for a third year (which should have been this year). He also has something a player should never sign in his right mind: a lifetime contract with Slavia Sofia. So it is not up to him, but up to Seferinov the power to excercise the rescission from Dinamo Moscow. But as for him, his will seems to be clear. He recently said: "My mind is clear. I want to play in Trento. Nowhere else. For me, it's the best solution possible. No other club will do. I want Trento!"
Now I shall praise him for two things: first of all, those words on Trento, cause I support Trento
and second, the fact that he is willing to give up a million euro contract a year for signing a (only) 400.000 a year!!! My plause!

- Amendements to the chart above:
Simon Tischer is the new setter for Iraklis Salonicco. For him an annual contract with an option for another year. He will take the place of belgian Frank Depestele, MVP of the last championship, who is destined to the Russian championship. NOW, since Shipulin in an interview said he is buying a Belgian setter, that could close the circle. I strongly hope it is him since he is very good, but also the only decent setter Belgium ever had. If it's not him, we are in great trouble!

Speaking of Belgium, Noliko has already 11 players under contract. Noliko la prossima stagione.

In France, the joung setter Jaumel, vice-Pujol last year, goes from Poitiers to Montpellier. Narbonne bought Roque Carvalho from Fabregas Sport Aragona and Miletic from Sète.

In Italy, Copra Berni Piacenza signed Frantz Granvorka for two years. It seems that they did not find an agreement with Nikola Grbic, who may go to Trento.
The setter market is very active:
